What You'll Do

Input, scan, and issue invoices to clients for diesel and propane deliveries Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and electronic files accurately Verifying accuracy by reviewing delivery paperwork and seeking out answers before input Respond to client queries regarding invoices or fuel slips Customer-specific requests for invoicing Perform other clerical tasks as assigned

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent A love of numbers, solving problems, and organizing Proficient with computer applications Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail' Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
