We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in accounting. The successful candidate will assist in various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. You will gain hands-on experience with accounting software and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping Perform account reconciliation and analysis to maintain accurate financial records. Utilize accounting software such as Caseware, Quickbooks, Profile, or other relevant tools to manage financial data. Support client follow up Collaborate with team members to prepare financial reports and statements as needed. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation. Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with accounting principles and practices. Experience with accounting software is a plus. Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation, and account analysis. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Korean and English bilingual is must.
