What Our Entry Level Sales Associates Excel At:

Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with confidence and initiative Building meaningful, lasting relationships with prospects and customers through in-person and phone-based interactions Presenting our full line of products and services in a clear, compelling way Delivering tailored solutions that genuinely meet each customer's needs Preparing persuasive proposals, quotes, and presentations that highlight our value Collaborating with the team to build and execute effective sales strategies Staying current with market trends, product knowledge, and competitor insights Sharing customer feedback to support ongoing improvements and innovation

Qualifications:

Experience in sales, customer service, or communications is an asset, but not required - we provide full, comprehensive paid training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while staying accountable and productive A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to continuously improve Interest in developing negotiation, communication, and sales skills
