DMS Connect is a company that caters primarily to the marketing needs of Real Estate Agents through print and online media.If you are upbeat, motivated and love a challenge, this job is for you! Join our team and work with us to expand our reach in the real estate market. Though this position is entry level, there is room for growth for the right candidate. We are looking for someone to work with us full-time. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and provide a fun work environment.Job Duties Include:Marketing Assistance:

• collaborate to develop and execute product promotion & marketing ideas
• proofread and write creative copy
• data entry

Online Marketing:

• manage social media page
• keep website content fresh
• update email campaigns
• assist in ongoing program development

Customer Service:

• Maintain customer relationships to ensure long-term retention

We're looking for someone that thinks outside of the box, wants to learn and is confident sharing ideas that will help the business grow, formal education is not necessarily required. Some of the skills we're looking for are:

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• People person, can easily build relationships and enjoys talking to and interacting with new people
• Aptitude with web-based programs and online marketing eg. Facebook Ads
• Comfortable speaking to a group of people
• Good organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work independently and as part of the team
• Able to work within timelines and keep momentum going if priorities change
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $16.00-$18.00 per hourBenefits:
