MarkIt Signs is a busy, family-run sign shop specializing in storefront signs, vehicle graphics, decals, banners, and custom apparel. We are looking for an entry-level team member who is customer focused, eager to learn, and interested in growing graphic design skills in a production environment. CorelDRAW experience is an asset but not required if you are willing to learn.

About the Role

This position is a blend of customer service, basic design work, and production support. It is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, detail oriented, and enjoys a fast-paced workplace.

What You'll Do

Customer Service

Greet and assist walk-in clients and answer phone/email inquiries Discuss project needs, gather accurate information, and guide customers on materials and options Prepare quotes and enter job details into our workflow system Review proofs with customers and ensure clear communication throughout each project

Design & Production Support

Create simple layouts for signs, decals, apparel, and print materials Make revisions, prepare basic print-ready files, and follow established shop processes Assist with printing, laminating, weeding, trimming, and packaging orders Maintain clean work areas and help organize job materials

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills Interest in graphic design; experience in CorelDRAW or similar software is an asset Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions Reliable, positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment

Hours & Compensation

Full-time, Monday to Friday. Wage based on experience and skill level.

The right person will train and move up in the company with pay increases and more Graphic Design responsibilities.
