Seeking a customer-focused service advisor interested in attributing their skills to a hard-working, growing team! We are eager to train and assist the ideal candidate with learning the front-end aspect of the automotive repair industry. Must have experience with computers. Interest in building skills & understanding in prioritizing job work and task work flow a priority, as well as providing customers with accurate estimates and updates for repairs on their vehicles. This shift is from 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday. Our shop is busy, and adapting in a fast-paced team environment is a necessity. Our primary work is on these brands: Ford, GMC, Dodge, and Mercedes. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering phone calls and gathering pertinent information. Receiving parts from vendors and suppliers. Greeting customers and team members as they come into the facility. Writing accurate work orders and estimates for an array of vehicles and brands. Taking diligent notes from customers and effectively relaying them to technicians and other team members. Assigning work to technicians, explaining scope of repair items, etc. Maintaining and modifying a schedule for efficient work flow & bay utilization. Updating customers on status of their vehicle repairs. Invoicing and collecting payment from customers. Maintain a clean work environment, as well as personal and company tools.
