About Us

Euro Works Automotive is a busy independent repair shop in Mississauga servicing all makes and models, with a strong focus on European vehicles. We are a hands-on shop where quality work, learning, and long-term growth matter. The owner works directly in the shop and is looking for someone reliable and motivated who wants to build a career in the automotive industry.

This position is ideal for someone who loves cars, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to learn and grow into a bigger role over time.

Why This Role Is Different

This is a true entry-level position. We are not looking for someone already licensed or highly experienced. We care more about attitude, work ethic, and a genuine interest in cars and learning the trade. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship with opportunities to take on more responsibility as your skills grow.

Responsibilities

Assist with basic automotive services including tire changes, mounting and balancing, oil changes, fluid checks, and brake pad and rotor replacements Perform routine maintenance and inspections Help keep the shop clean, organized, and safe Assist senior technicians and learn more advanced repairs over time Help document work performed and parts used Follow all safety procedures and shop standards

What We Are Looking For

Strong interest in cars and automotive repair Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Basic mechanical knowledge or experience is an asset but not required Ability to lift tires and work on your feet Valid G-class driver's licence preferred Interest in European vehicles is a bonus

What We Offer

Entry-level hourly pay starting approximately $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings Hands-on training directly with the shop owner Opportunity to grow into a long-term role and formal apprenticeship Employee discounts on vehicle maintenance and repairs Supportive, small-shop environment where your effort is noticed
