Summary
We are seeking an Entry Level Admin to join our team at Lions Park Montessori. In this role, you will support our administrative functions and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for students and parents alike. This position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our school.
Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Assist with filing and organizing documents to maintain an orderly office environment.
Utilize Google Suite tools for various administrative tasks.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls from parents and suppliers.
Support staff with proofreading documents and preparing materials as needed.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in data entry and familiar with Google Suite applications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
