Join our team as a Personal Assistant and help take chaos off the table.

Who You Are:
You're highly organized -- calendars, reminders, folders, systems. Nothing slips through the cracks.

You're a power user of Google Workspace, Excel, and can build workflows in tools .

You're genuinely passionate about AI -- from ChatGPT to automating tasks with Zapier or custom prompts.

You're proactive -- if something looks messy, you fix it before anyone has to ask.

You can manage multiple projects, juggle shifting priorities, and still hit deadlines.

You're resourceful, great at figuring things out on your own, and don't need constant handholding.

What You'll Do:
Manage schedules, appointments, digital filing, and task lists

Help run multiple startups and businesses across immigration, restaurants, real estate, and e-commerce

Build AI workflows to reduce manual work (we love automation)

Handle email and basic communications with clients, vendors, and partners

Organize company documents, databases, and systems for efficiency

Track and follow up on to-do lists and deadlines -- especially the ones that fall through the cracks

Manage online accounts and coordinate digital projects

Bonus Points If You:
Can write AI prompts that actually get the job done

Have experience with social media content scheduling or email marketing

Know how to analyze simple data reports and spot patterns
