This is not a junior sales role.

This is an opportunity for proven closers to build serious recurring income by selling high-value technology services into their own book of business.
We are looking for highly ambitious, well-connected sales professionals who already sell into IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, software development, cloud, or digital transformation markets and want access to a broader, more powerful portfolio of solutions.

Compensation Structure
This is a
100% commission-based role
with no salary, no draw, and no cap.
You earn:
40% of the profit on every deal you close
This includes:
One-time professional services
Monthly recurring managed services
Cybersecurity subscriptions
Cloud and hosting
Software development and project work
Ongoing support and retainers
The more value you sell, the more you earn. There is no ceiling.
Who This Role Is For
This role is designed exclusively for experienced sales professionals who:
Already have a
book of business, active pipeline, or strong industry network
Are currently selling or have sold:
+ IT services
+ Cybersecurity
+ SaaS or cloud
+ Software development
+ Digital transformation
+ MSP, MSSP, or enterprise technology solutions Are comfortable running their own sales motion
Want to maximize income without being limited by salary caps or commission tiers
If you are self-driven, disciplined, and motivated by high commissions, this role gives you a platform to scale your earnings fast.

You are not limited to one product -- you can sell what your clients actually need.
Your Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities within your network
Present Arcadion and EspioLabs solutions to decision-makers
Build and manage your own pipeline
Work with our technical and delivery teams to scope and close deals
Maintain long-term client relationships for recurring revenue
We handle delivery, engineering, and operations.
You focus on winning business.
