Duration: 6mo+ will extend from there

Our client is a trusted partner to the worlds leading communications and media companies, enabling them to make it amazing for their customers. They provide the expertise and global reach to accelerate the industrys journey to the cloud and improve business operations, driving innovative next-generation digital experiences for the end user. As an Enterprise Data Architect with this client, you will be a part of a cross-matrix team. You will be a hands on Enterprise Architect and responsible for developing a complex, enterprise-level web platform/application in the insurance space.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines to support business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design data solutions to meet those needs
- Develop and maintain data models, pipelines and schemas
- Optimize data performance, tuning and indexing
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness & consistency
- Develop data governance policies
- 8+ years overall experience
- Experience as a Data Architect designing, solutioning, and implementing/building out data pipelines
- 3+ Google Cloud (GCP) and Scheduler on GCP
- Bit Query, SQL, Python, Hadoop, Kafka, Airflow
- Unix Shell Script
- Data streaming
