Our client located in Toronto, Ontario, has developed a deal management platform which is designed to change the landscape of real estate investing for both investors and managers. What was once a tedious manual process for real estate investors and managers has been completely redesigned to help manage portfolios in order to invest smarter, faster and more confidently. Their solution helps streamline how deal teams' work, and improve their investment decision with AI-powered data and insights.

Today our client is looking to add a Customer Service Representative-Enterprise. This individual will be responsible for the execution of strategic planning and onboarding for some of their largest accounts.

What You'll Do:

  • Onboard new clients to the platform helping to drive a digital transformation for organizations who are currently using archaic systems in order to manage their current deal cycles.
  • Facilitate adoption and drive retention; maintaining an everlasting relationship with clients is a mission critical element towards an organizations on-going success. You will work in collaboration with account managers to help educate customers on how to best use the platform. Value and efficiency is key in respect to their demanding needs - you will have the opportunity to identify key areas where both the product and customer experience can be improved on.
  • Help grow the Customer Success department; As with any new startup, you are afforded the opportunity to have your ideas heard and more importantly put into action to help build internal value for the customer success team.

  • Your background matters; You come from a background that has a combination of working in real estate/finance, proptech, SaaS, customer success, data management, project implementation or client onboarding with at least 1-3 years of experience.
