Reporting to the VP, Digital Strategy & Platforms and dotted line to VP, IT Application Development & Modernization, the Enterprise CRM Solution Architect will have expertise in digital, business and technology solutions design and implementation with expertise in enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capability delivery. This role is critical for the enterprise-wide MS CRM implementation through all project phases including discovery, build, test and deployment. This role will evaluate business and technology needs and translate that understanding into configuration of the software and technical solution blueprint for application development. This role will also be responsible for working with our MS Dynamics professional services partner and will act as a key contributor and approver of how MS is used to meet our business needs and related integrations.

The Enterprise CRM Solution Architect at GreenShield will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing CRM solutions that meet our strategic objectives, enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide technical guidance throughout the implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in developing integrations and configuration approaches for the MS Dynamic products. This role will be the conduit between the software vendor and professional services partner and the data/enterprise architecture teams.

The role will have the following important responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance for all configurations and solution architecture within Microsoft Dynamics and integrations to other platforms.
  • Review and validate architectural deliverables received from software and professional services partners.
  • Actively participate in design, review and validation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps and Customer Engagement technologies.
  • Provide solution design and technical implementation guidance for Enterprise CRM.
  • Work closely with data and enterprise solution architects across the organization to ensure seamless data flow and integration across our platforms.
  • Facilitate workshops and maintain solution design outcomes for presentation to stakeholders of various levels.
  • Establish principles and understand possible effects, design, and configuration considerations of the underlying platform aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Translate technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical audiences.
  • Participation in business process analysis review, functional requirements testing, technical training strategy and support.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Expertise: Extensive experience (7+ years) in architecting, configuring, and customizing Microsoft
  • Dynamics CRM, including knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and MS for Health Cloud.
    • Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant or Developer, are highly preferred.
    • Technical Proficiency\xe2\x80\x94familiarity with the Dynamics 365 platform, its modules, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
    • Architectural Expertise\xe2\x80\x94understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, data model, and best practices.
    • Security\xe2\x80\x94knowledge of Dynamics 365 security models, roles, and permissions.
    • Upgrades\xe2\x80\x94understanding of Dynamics 365\'s update and upgrade paths to ensure continuity.
  • CRM Development: Proficiency in MS CRM development tools and technologies, such as JavaScript, C#, and HTML, for creating custom workflows, plugins, and customizations.
    • Configuration and customization proficiency\xe2\x80\x94expertise in customizing Dynamics 365 using plugins, JavaScript, .NET, Azure Logic Apps, workflows, and other platform features.
  • Integration Skills: Strong understanding of MS CRM integration techniques and experience integrating MS CRM with other business applications, databases, and external systems. Integration Experience\xe2\x80\x94 designing integrations between Dynamics 365 and other platforms using APIs, connectors, or middleware.
  • Data Migration: Expertise in data migration strategies, tools and best practices to ensure smooth data transition during MS CRM implementations.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in developing and implementing customer engagement solutions with a focus on an integrated view of a customer across every interaction.
  • Business / Technical design documentation including business process mapping and writing specifications.
  • Experience with the methods and tools used to customize and extend Dynamics 365 solutions.

  • Bilingual - English/French.
