Job Description
The position provides critical mentorship, training, guidance and solution leadership for the GoA Platform-as-a-Service offering, codenamed BERNIE, based on ServiceNow.
Experience with solution architecture using the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with solution design using the ServiceNow platform.
Experience working with and engaging multiple stakeholders including business, development, operations, infrastructure/platform, security, information management.
Experience producing process documentation, educational material and communications to technical, business and executive audiences, and facilitating sessions with diverse groups.
