Paradigm Consulting Group is in an active growth phase and securing talented consultants is a critical component of our success. We are looking for Enterprise Architects to join our team. The role will be based remotely for our customer who are in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Kindly note candidates must reside in Canada to qualify.

Each requirement we receive varies, but the skillset may include:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Prefer at least 5-10 years proven experience in the field
• Prefer at least 5-10 years experience with TOGAF, Zachman or comparable frameworks
• Proven experience in the provision of end-to end architectural solutions for systems and services
• Proven experience in development of Architecture Strategies, specifically related to Cloud
• In-depth understanding of off the shelf software, common hardware and security
• Sound knowledge of large-scale application, computing, networking, middle ware and data standards and best practice industry trends in their application

Duties may include:

• Participating in assessment and development of a summarized report of the current state of maturity for the organization\'s cloud readiness
• Development of a cloud strategy and roadmap
• Development of recommendations on a phased approach to transition to Cloud infrastructure and services where applicable/possible
• Recommendations on governance, policies, processes, and work standards to build a robust cloud environment
• Recommendations on resourcing requirements to sustain and maintain the transition
