Enterprise Account Manager (AE) (m/f/d) - On-site

Your tasks




As a key member of our sales team, you'll focus on driving growth by securing new clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Identify and win new business opportunities, turning prospects into long-term partnerships Lead the sales cycle from start to finish, from discovery to deal closure Develop tailored business plans to exceed sales quotas and achieve goals Understand client needs, positioning HYPE's solutions as essential to their success Deliver compelling product demonstrations in collaboration with solution consultants Represent HYPE at industry events, conferences, and trade shows Navigate RFPs, RFIs, and client evaluations with precision and efficiency Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and go-live transitions Engage with key clients post-sale, contributing to long-term success and satisfaction Travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients and attend key events


Vos missions en tant que Responsable de Comptes :





En tant que membre cle de notre equipe commerciale, vous serez charge(e) de stimuler la croissance en acquerant de nouveaux clients, en batissant des relations solides et en contribuant au succes global de l'entreprise.

Identifier et remporter de nouvelles opportunites commerciales, en transformant les prospects en partenariats durables Gerer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la decouverte au closing Developper des plans d'action sur mesure pour depasser les objectifs de vente Comprendre les besoins clients et positionner les solutions HYPE comme essentielles a leur succes Realiser des demonstrations produits percutantes avec le soutien de nos consultants Representer HYPE lors d'evenements, salons et conferences sectorielles Repondre efficacement aux appels d'offres (RFP, RFI) et evaluations clients Collaborer avec les equipes internes pour assurer une integration fluide et un lancement reussi Entretenir la relation post-vente avec les clients cles pour garantir leur satisfaction a long terme Etre disponible pour voyager jusqu'a 25 % du temps

Your profile




We're searching for a dynamic, driven professional with a passion for building connections and solving real-world challenges.



Average of 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in SAAS Proven success as an Account Executive, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to foster trust and build lasting relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Solid understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer engagement. Enthusiastic, empathetic, and team-oriented approach to work. Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. Fluent English (French is an asset).

5 a 10 ans d'experience en vente en cycle complet, dont au moins 3 ans en SAAS Experience confirmee en tant que Directeur de comptes, avec un historique de depassement des objectifs Excellentes competences en communication, negociation et presentation Esprit entrepreneurial et approche orientee solution Solide comprehension des strategies commerciales, etudes de marche et engagement client Enthousiasme, empathie et esprit d'equipe Diplome en commerce, marketing, vente ou domaine connexe Maitrise de l'anglais (le francais est un atout)
