We're seeking a
dynamic Enrollment and Operations Manager
who thrives in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. Reporting to the Center Director, you'll oversee enrollment and provide exceptional service to families while keeping daily operations running smoothly. This role offers room to grow and is perfect for someone eager to take initiative and confidently manage the center's activities when leadership support is required.
Sales and Customer Engagement
Present and sell programs to prospective families to achieve enrollment goals. Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the experience and support retention.
Maintain the CRM to track inquiries, outreach, visits, trial classes, registrations, payments, and reporting.
Engage with prospective and current families in person and via phone, email, and social media.
Facility and Program Operations
Ensure a safe, welcoming, and fun learning environment for students.
Open and close the Center according to the daily schedule.
Manage inventory of instructional and administrative supplies and equipment.
Troubleshoot classroom technology and support teachers as needed.
Keep reception, common areas, and classrooms organized and clean.
Administrative Operations
Order supplies and equipment; manage CRM and payment systems.
Prepare reports on sales and daily cash reconciliation; handle staff communications, hiring, and onboarding.
Analyze class performance and create new schedules.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Experience/Qualifications
Bilingual - English and French.
Available to work weekends.
Enthusiasm for working with children and families.
Excellent listener, patient, and attentive to prospective clients' needs.
Customer service or hospitality background.
Experience in an educational setting is an asset.
Organized and skilled at multitasking.
Comfortable with technology, Microsoft Office suite, social media, and office equipment.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
Sales or administrative experience.
Work with children (camp, tutoring center, daycare, school).
Relevant Cegep or University degree (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and web-based applications.
