Summary

We are seeking an Engraver to join our team at Trail Shop. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality engravings on various products while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Operate engraving machines to produce high-quality engravings on products. Read specifications to understand engraving requirements. Ensure quality inspection of finished engravings to meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized workspace and store environment. Engage with customers to provide product information and assist with engraving requests. Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience operating milling machines or similar equipment, especially the xTool F1 Ultra laser engraver Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality inspection. Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
