We are seeking a skilled Engraver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing and mechanical knowledge, with experience in operating engraving machines. This role involves creating precise engravings on various materials, ensuring quality and accuracy in every project. The Engraver will work closely with other team members to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Duties
Operate engraving machines to produce high-quality engravings on a variety of materials.
Interpret design specifications and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of engravings.
Perform routine maintenance on engraving equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Assist in packaging finished products for shipment, ensuring they are securely prepared for delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Utilize forklift equipment as necessary for moving materials and finished products within the warehouse.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
Experience with machining processes is a plus, along with familiarity with packaging techniques.
Forklift certification is desirable; candidates must be comfortable operating forklifts as part of their duties.
Attention to detail and precision in workmanship are essential for success in this role.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks.
