Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons that align with curriculum standards. Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills. Encourage students to think critically, express ideas clearly, and develop confidence in communication. Create lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and assessments to monitor student progress. Provide individualized support and feedback to help students improve their skills. Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment. Use technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student development. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and academy related events.
