we are currently seeking an in person

English

instructor (for

ELA not ESL

). Teachers will work at our in person location in Toronto. This ELA teaching positions offers the ideal opportunity for English teachers inspire students through engaging lessons in language arts. Ideal candidates will currently hold a full-time English (ELA) teaching job during the day, or they will be in teacher's college or in an education related field.

Qualifications:

Teaching experiences in English Literature/ ELA in a North American curriculum are required.

Confidence teaching ELA demonstrated during the selection process. Proficient in online teaching tools.

Expected Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons to small classes of students or through private tutoring. Prepare lessons within guidelines. Mark homework and assessments. Help promote students' interests in the subject. Our classes are in person, with teachers in classes a minimum of 4 hours per week.

: Our location is at 201 Consumers Rd, North York, ON.

Compensation

: Compensation is calculated by teaching hours and prior experience.
