About Our Company/Team

Moca International Education Growth Center is an international education institution located in Markham,Toronto; dedicated to enhancing personalized learning experiences for students aged 3-15. The centre accompanies children in their journey of exploration and growth, offering a wide range of courses, including language learning, academic subjects, and after-school tutoring. With independently developed curricula, a strong faculty team, and tailor-made educational plans, Moca aims to empower students to achieve well-rounded development across multiple domains. We are looking for English Teachers qualified to teach students at the

preschool, elementary, and middle school levels.

Successful candidates should have relevant teaching experience and educational background corresponding to these levels, and

preferably hold relevant language certifications as proof of their qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. Teach a range of mathematical concepts, ensuring clarity and comprehension for all students. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and growth. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their understanding. Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and improve the overall educational experience. Conduct practical demonstrations or laboratory experiments when relevant to the lesson.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or higher in English Language, Literature, or other related fields, preferably with relevant language proficiency certifications.
Work Experience:

Teaching experience, or relevant experience in education, tutoring, mentoring, or homeschooling, is preferred.
Other Skills

Excellent communication skills. Exceptional planning and learning abilities to effectively teach English concepts using existing course materials. Proficiency in classroom management techniques. Strong organizational skills to plan and manage lessons efficiently. Ability to create lesson plans and report to supervisors. Capability to provide timely feedback and evaluations to students.
