About Us

We are launching a new

English proficiency school

dedicated to helping students strengthen their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills for academic, professional, and personal success. Our programs serve both local and international learners preparing for major English assessments such as

IELTS, CELPIP, and TOEFL

Our team will handle all

logistics related to licensing, location setup, and facility management

. We are now seeking a committed partner to lead the

operations and educational management

side of the business.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a

business-minded education professional

to become a

50/50 partner

in launching and managing the school. This is not an employee role -- it's an ownership opportunity for someone capable of overseeing and growing the entire operations side, from staffing and curriculum to admissions and daily execution.

Your Role

Lead all day-to-day

operations

of the school. Oversee

teaching quality

, curriculum implementation, and testing procedures. Manage

staff recruitment, training, and performance

. Handle

student admissions, inquiries, and communications

. Oversee

financial operations

, including payroll and budgets. Ensure

compliance

with provincial regulations and maintain a professional, safe environment. Drive

growth and marketing efforts

to build enrollment and community reputation.

Who You Are

Experienced in

school operations

, education management, or English instruction. Strong understanding of

English proficiency tests

(IELTS, CELPIP, TOEFL). Organized, entrepreneurial, and capable of running operations independently. Excellent in

leadership, communication, and business decision-making

. Passionate about helping students succeed academically and professionally.
