Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support students in achieving their academic goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and experience working with children. This role involves providing personalized instruction in various subjects, including math, and Language (English), to help students improve their understanding and confidence. The Tutor will foster a positive learning environment and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver tutoring in subjects such as Math and English Assess student needs and follow provided tailored lesson plans to enhance learning outcomes. Support students with homework, and skill development exercises. Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles. Maintain accurate records of student progress. Create a positive, encouraging environment that motivates students to succeed academically.

Skills

Experience working with children and understanding their developmental needs. Prior tutoring experience or classroom teaching experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Math, and English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Proficiency with computer skills and educational software tools. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for helping students reach their full potential.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
