The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading the Engineering team and providing technical support across all departments to drive process improvement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. This role oversees new production programs, introduces new technologies, and ensures engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company objectives. The Engineering Supervisor also provides training, coaching, and guidance to technical staff while supporting cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience
Education: Engineering Technician education or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: Minimum 10 years of related engineering experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities

Knowledge
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and problem-solving methodologies
CNC programming and routing/SOP development
Budget management and project cost control
Continuous improvement and cost reduction practices
familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing setting

Skills
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to evaluate complex engineering and manufacturing issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Effective leadership and decision making abilities
Skilled in presenting projects and technical proposals to management
