We are seeking

Engineering Students

for our

Winnipeg District,

within our

Canadian Buildings Division

that are available for

4 or 6 months starting in May 2026, with a possibility of extension depending on performance and project student needs.

Here's how an Engineering Student for our Winnipeg office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

Coordinating work specific scopes & trades Participating in project meetings Inputting and updating deficiency logs Taking progress photographs using 360 cameras Updating field drawings Producing as-built drawings Performing quantity takeoffs Verifying site conditions by coordinating with drawings Supervising sub-trade work Setting-up / Maintaining record keeping Layout site lines and grades using total station Creating and maintaining graphical schedules Obtaining scheduling information from sub-trades Monitoring workforce productivity

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset. Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.
