University degree in Civil, Construction, Mining, Geological Engineering, or a closely related discipline Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration (or equivalent) in the jurisdiction of British Columbia 10+ years of construction industry experience, with substantial involvement in major civil infrastructure projects Proven expertise in tunnel construction and underground works, including methodologies such as Immersed Tube Tunnel (ITT), cut-and-cover, deep shafts, and earth stabilization Experience with Alternative Delivery Models, particularly Progressive Design-Build (PDB) projects Strong technical oversight skills, including reviewing and optimizing designs for constructability and compliance Direct experience with temporary works-planning, coordinating, executing, and removing structures such as shoring, platforms, and utility supports Advanced knowledge in marine construction, dredging, and seismic/geotechnical engineering Comprehensive understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs specific to underground and marine environments Master's degree in engineering or project management is considered an asset (or equivalent significant project experience)
