As we continue to grow and extend our product offering and technical support capabilities, we are in need of adding an

Engineering

Manager,

who will report to the Vice President of Engineering.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide technical and application support as well as daily task management to the resistor engineering and technical customer support teams. This is an on-site position at our Mississauga location.

The daily functions of the

Engineering Manager

include but are not limited to

Provide product, application training, technical support and daily management to the customer technical support team.

Provide technical and application support to marketing in preparation of technical presentations, brochures, manuals etc.

Provide technical support and daily management to the resistor engineering team and establish best practices for the design of all resistor based products.

Act as project manager in the development of a line of resistive load banks.

Support the field application engineer in resolving customer application issues or concerns.

Assist manufacturing with the implementation of automated testing processes.

Requirements

Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with P.Eng. status.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the electrical power sector including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Compensation:

the base salary will be in the $90k to $120k range depending on relevant experience and professional status, along with standard medical and RRSP benefits.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
