PagerDuty is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one of our customer-focused and high-performing teams within our Incident Management group!
As an Engineering Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of software engineers who build and evolve the analytics and insights capabilities of PagerDuty's incident management product. You'll partner closely with Product Management and Design to deliver data-driven experiences that help customers understand incident patterns, improve response, and drive operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a strong team that transforms raw incident data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering and management background, with experience in analytics platforms or data-intensive applications.
This role is expected to come into the Toronto office 2 days per week as part of PagerDuty's hybrid work model, so you can thrive in your new role and fully embrace being a Dutonian!
