VOTRE STAGE

• Participer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration continue de la performance du groupe d\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie de St-Bruno
• Participer aux rencontres hebdomadaires de gestion de l\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie
• Supporter les \xc3\xa9quipes \xc2\xab m\xc3\xa9tier \xc2\xbb d\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie dans leurs t\xc3\xa2ches quotidiennes
• Identifier les occasions d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration des processus d\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie
• Participer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99automatisation de diff\xc3\xa9rents rapports pour r\xc3\xa9duire les activit\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 valeur non-ajout\xc3\xa9e

VOTRE PROFIL

• \xc3\x89tudiant au baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en g\xc3\xa9nie industriel/m\xc3\xa9canique/\xc3\xa9lectrique/autres (profil gestion de projet/am\xc3\xa9lioration continue est un plus)
• Personnalit\xc3\xa9 d\xc3\xa9brouillarde, qui aime l\xe2\x80\x99application pratique des concepts comparativement \xc3\xa0 la th\xc3\xa9orie
• Connaissances approfondies des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project et SAP)
• Fortes comp\xc3\xa9tences de communication et de diplomatie
• Bonnes aptitudes \xc3\xa0 la communication en anglais et en fran\xc3\xa7ais, \xc3\xa9crite et parl\xc3\xa9e

YOUR INTERNSHIP

During your internship, you will be asked to perform the following tasks:

• Participate in performance continuous improvement initiatives for engineering group
• Participate in weekly engineering management meetings
• Support engineering \xe2\x80\x9cmetiers\xe2\x80\x9d teams in their daily tasks
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes
• Participate in the automation of various reports to reduce activities with no added value

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor\'s degree student in industrial/mechanical/electrical/others engineering (project management/continuous improvement profile is a plus)
• Resourceful personality, who likes the practical application of concepts compared to theory
• In-depth knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project and SAP)
• Strong communication and diplomatic skills
• Good communication skills in English and French, written and spoken
