Company Overview: Hilton Brothers Construction Ltd. is a junior Oil & Gas and Civil Construction firm specializing in Heavy Civil, Hydro, and Oil & Gas/Facility projects. Owner operated, HBC has over 80 years of experience within the leadership group across a diverse set of international Oil & Gas + Civil Construction projects. This experience has made HBC a vendor of choice for challenging and complex projects within the Western Canadian market. Based in Central West Alberta, HBC serves the Calgary, Canmore, and Nordegg communities extensively. Common projects include highway construction, penstock installation, and 2-12" pipeline and single/multi-well tie-ins. HBC clients include major construction firms, midstream operators, and federal/provincial government agencies. Position Overview: We are looking for a Junior Engineer or EIT to join our team and assist with various engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering, be highly organized, and have excellent problem-solving skills. This position will involve working closely with the executive and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. The successful candidate will participate in a variety of research and development activities, including proposal development and RFI reponses, as well as providing Project Management and Project Adminsitration support for ongoing projects.
