- Leading the engineering team in Quebec and abroad, developing potential
- Supervise vehicle development at all stages of projects
- Develop innovative approaches to ensure the technological competitiveness of products
- Ensure lasting relationships with customers and suppliers
- Work with other departments to ensure optimization of existing products and integrations, in line with safety and performance standards and global objectives.
- Ensure proper management of deadlines, budgets, quality, and human and technical resources
- Analyze performance and work to improve process efficiencyYour professional skills- Priority management and rigor

-Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or other relevant field, PMP or Business Administration an asset
-Bilingual French - English
-Experience in the transportation industry
-Experience in managing multicultural teams
-Proficiency in Office suite and CAD tools- Salary: $120k - $140k depending on experience
