Engineering Designer

Role Details:

Love to work in a busy manufacturing environment. Show up to work each day ready to work hard and enjoy your day. Drafting and maintaining engineering drawings, product designs, CAD files, Bill of Materials, etc. are maintained to the latest requirements and specification Assisting in new product development and related documentation Completing engineering RFCs and issuing ECNs. Resolve manufacturing issues in a timely and effective manner Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials Work with suppliers and subcontractors to source and supply components for production Complete designs and modifications for custom machine requests from customers. Day Shift: Monday to Friday

Required Skills:

Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma 3D CAD experience, preferably Inventor Experience with ERP software Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong mechanical aptitude is mandatory Experience in metal fabrication, mechanical systems, design Ability to work with little supervision, highly motivated Ability to be "hands on" to demonstrate processes using tools and large equipment. Agriculture background an asset Excellent communication skills.
