Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Engineering Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engineering designs that meet project specifications and client needs. You will collaborate with engineers, senior designers to ensure that projects are completed on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, creativity, and a passion for engineering design. The area for the engineering work is in the area of High Voltage projects such as substation, transmission line, distribution line, etc.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed engineering designs using CAD software and other design tools. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and specifications for projects. Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and presentations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design process. Participate in project meetings to provide updates on design progress and address any challenges.

Experience

College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Structural) Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is essential. Experience with MicroStation CAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit is a plus. Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively. Previous experience in an engineering design role or internship is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
