TITAN TRAILERS INC. - TILLSONBURG, ONTARIO, CANADA LOCATION

Are you interested in a Maternity Leave contract working at a family run company that cares about its people? This is an excellent opportunity to support our Production Request team and demonstrate your strong administrative experience in a manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Production Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of functions related to documentation control, production requests and ERP parts importing; ensuring a high degree of accuracy.

Job Duties

Process requests for work orders (creating, closing, adjusting quantities, etc.) Import new parts into Global Shop ERP Process trailer order releases: + Import
+ Work order creation
+ Material Review
+ Labour/Material/Parts reports
+ Sticker/Deliver Trailer drawing packages
Process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)

Other duties may include

Filing Participating in other training such as Creo, Global Shop and Windchill Gathering information and recording findings Assisting with shop floor requests

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Previous Global Shop or other ERP experience an asset Excellent computer skills - well versed in all MS Office Suites Willing to work overtime as required Must own reliable transportation and hold a valid driver's license Ability to work independently in a busy environment. Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Able to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail. Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.

Work Conditions

Extremely busy environment - must be able to work with little supervision Hazards associated with the trade

Day Shift hours are 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00 am to 12 noon on Friday
