Job Description

As an Engineering Support Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers to provide engineering support for projects Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute project plans Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure compliance with company policies and program requirements Identify and resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the team Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics 2+ years of experience in engineering or technical support Proven track record of providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
