Areas of Responsibility:

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training. Have a basic understanding of building and Life Safety codes and regulations.Perform guestroom repairs (caulking, basic plumbing, tile repair, etc). Clean and maintain the public and back of house spaces and shop. Assist with parts inventory and control.Perform pool water quality testing and maintain records. Perform mechanical rounds as required and maintain records. Perform Preventative Maintenance duties as assigned. Able to safely shut down and isolate equipment.Clean boiler and mechanical rooms. Maintain confidentially of property information, and protect company assets. Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work in hot and humid environments. Stand and walk for an extended period of time. Ability to lift, bend, twist and pull up to 50lbs.
