MDS Coating is looking for an

Engineer - New Product Integration

to support our growth in our

Slemon Park, PE facility

. The New Product Integration team works closely with customers to integrate MDS products and services with customer hardware, ultimately delivering the manufacturing work packages for production. Our NPI team members are generally managing a few projects at once: coordinating testing, meeting with customers, writing process documents. You will have a team of other NPI members to help assist and work under the direction of the Manager - New Product Integration.

What we are looking for:



Relevant Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience and/or education in project management, product development and design preferred Technical skills to review and interpret drawings, write engineering reports, and develop manufacturing and process engineering skillsets Coordination skills to manage and synchronize multiple complex tasks simultaneously and keep stakeholders in the loop on status Communication skills to gather and provide feedback, write create clear work instructions and process documentation and be able to craft a story to update and engage customers and OEM's Interpersonal skills, demonstrating a keen ability to connect, communicate, resolve conflicts, and motivate others to achieve project goals Experience working with gas turbines or within the aerospace sector and in a quality assurance regulated environment preferred Knowledge of PVD or CAPVD preferred Must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for Controlled Goods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
