As an Operations Engineer in Training, you will assist the Wastewater Collection Operational Engineering Team with field inspections, project management & controls, and daily support to the repair crews. Primary duties include:
Apply engineering theory, prepare and check designs or engineering interpretations, and collect, review, create, and analyze technical data and information.
Drive to active construction and work sites, develop the ability recognize limitations in designs, interpretations or recommendations, and apply codes and regulations.
Prepare written technical and benchmarking reports, recommendations, memorandums and present to management, peers, project partners and the public.
