Monument Group is a leading firm specializing in Land Development Engineering. We are looking for an
Engineer in Training (Civil Engineering)
to join our team and contribute to a variety of exciting projects. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise, collaborate with experienced professionals, and play a key role in designing and delivering innovative engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design of
infrastructure, grading, and stormwater management
for land development projects.
Support engineers in
preliminary and detailed designs
, including site plans, road layouts, drainage, sediment and erosion control, and municipal infrastructure.
Assist in preparing and reviewing
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform other engineering-related tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
2+ years of experience
with land development projects.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD Civil 3D
and other relevant design software.
Experience with
storm and sanitary sewer design, stormwater management modeling, and grading
is considered an asset.
Familiarity with
municipal approval processes
and regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
