The Engagement Specialist will serve as the public-facing representative of EmpowHERto, building relationships with schools, community organizations, prospective partners, and stakeholders. This role is essential to expanding our reach, creating new program opportunities, and ensuring strong community partnerships. The Engagement Specialist will attend events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote EmpowHERto programs and cultivate long-term collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent EmpowHERto at schools, community events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners, including schools, nonprofits, and corporate sponsors.
Develop and deliver presentations about EmpowHERto programs, impact, and opportunities for collaboration.
Assist in planning and executing outreach initiatives and community engagement campaigns.
Track and report on engagement activities, leads, and outcomes to inform program growth and strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach materials and promotional content.
Provide feedback from the community to inform program development and improvements.
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience in community outreach, partnership development, or program engagement preferred.
Comfortable representing the organization at public events and speaking to diverse audiences.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Passion for youth development, equity, and empowerment.
