Position Summary
We're looking for an
Engagement Management Associate
to join CYBERWELL's Growth Operations team. In this role, you'll focus on planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact events and supporting marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility, credibility, and trust -- working directly with our Growth Ops Lead.
This is a position with a clear path for growth and future specialization as our organization expands. You'll take ownership of execution, enabling the Growth Ops Lead to focus on strategy, organizational performance, resilience, and brand, while gaining valuable exposure to high-profile events and campaigns in the cybersecurity industry.
What you will be doing
Engagement Coordinator & Logistics
Plan, coordinate, and execute client, partner, and corporate engagement activities, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and internal events.
Manage logistics: venue booking, vendor sourcing, catering, shipping, AV setup, swag management, travel arrangements, and registration.
Develop and manage detailed event and engagement timelines, checklists, and budgets.
Coordinate the shipping, setup, and maintenance of materials, booths, and signage to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence.
On-Site & Virtual Delivery
Serve as the primary on-site or virtual point of contact during events, ensuring a seamless experience for participants, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee setup, teardown, and vendor coordination to ensure all logistics run smoothly.
Support virtual event platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.), managing tech checks and ensuring a professional and engaging participant experience.
Campaign & Marketing integration
Collaborate with the Growth Ops Lead to ensure engagement activities align with active and upcoming marketing campaigns.
Coordinate event-related and engagement-driven email campaigns, including drafting copy, scheduling sends, and tracking engagement metrics.
Partner with shared-service marketing teams to create or update promotional materials, signage, and branded assets.
Maintain the CYBERWELL engagement calendar, ensuring alignment with overall campaign timelines and priorities.
Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and posting before, during, and after engagements to maximize awareness and participation.
Support the creation of post-event content such as case studies, blog posts, or recaps tied to major engagements.
Performance Tracking
& Administration
Monitor campaign and engagement performance metrics, providing basic reporting for the Growth Ops Lead.
Assist with vendor contracts, invoices, and expense tracking.
Maintain accurate records of engagement costs, attendance, and outcomes to inform future planning and ROI analysis.
You Have
Must-Have
1-2 years of experience in engagement coordination, event management, marketing support, hospitality, or a related role (internships and co-op experience welcome).
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with a client- and partner-focused mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
Valid passport and ability to travel cross-border (role will involve frequent travel, including the U.S. and potentially overseas).
Nice-to-Have
Experience supporting engagement initiatives or marketing campaigns tied to events.
Experience with event or engagement platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (Freshsales, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 etc.).
Knowledge of basic budget management and performance tracking.
Interest in cybersecurity, technology, or B2B industries.
