We have an opportunity for an Engagement, Change & Communications Manager to develop a communication and change management plan to maximize the impact within GHD of the FOW program and investment funding. Pivotal to this will play an active role in supporting our FoW leaders and clients through the agile lean-start-up approach. This position can be based in most GHD office locations in Canada or the U.S. GHD supports a hybrid work model.

Some focus areas will include:

  • Adapts plan and priorities to address resource and operational challenges across the program in support of agile methodology.
  • Works collaboratively with leaders and members of other Strategic Growth Initiatives (SGIs) to ensure alignment.
  • Prepares content, multi-media, design of events and client interactions, facilitation, and hosting as well as participating in team activities.
  • Builds, monitor's and engages with community of interest and other stakeholders to maximize effectiveness and impact.
  • Supports specific funding Water initiatives with teams and leaders.
  • Engages authentically and regularly with clients to implement agile client engagement and validation of value propositions.
  • Assist with monitoring, tracking, and reporting on ROI measures associated with new business targets and annual external positioning programs
  • Supports strategic pursuits and partnerships as required
We are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Change Management or similar with sound experience in the development and execution of OCM.
  • Proven experience in leading and collaborating with program teams and leadership teams to innovate, design, evolve and deliver on initiatives.
  • A trusted advisor who can engage, consult, and influence across a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to present and facilitate across multiple groups effectively.
  • Effectively to provide advice and direction to GHD people across the organization.
  • MS Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
