Job Description

Core Responsibilities:1. Asset Repositioning Analysis



Evaluate former energy sector properties for renewable energy adaptation potential Model financial viability of solar/wind retrofits on industrial sites Identify tax incentive programs for clean energy conversions

2. Geospatial Market Mapping



Analyze grid connectivity and power purchase agreement opportunities Map brownfield redevelopment corridors using GIS software Track EV infrastructure expansion patterns

3. Stakeholder Coordination



Facilitate virtual consultations between: Municipal planners Indigenous energy cooperatives Environmental consultants

4. Optional Field Components



Participate in site viability tours (Western Canada only) Attend regional clean energy conferences

Technical Requirements:



3+ years in: Industrial real estate

or

Energy sector planning Proficiency with: PVWatts/SAM energy modeling QGIS/ArcGIS mapping Project finance software

Work Infrastructure:



$2,500 annual tech stipend Virtual reality site assessment training Blockchain-secured document sharing
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $70,204.08-$81,187.08 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC V6M 1J4
