Solar Sales Consultants

This role involves direct, in-person client engagement and requires a full-time commitment.

Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with prospective clients in a designated territory to generate interest in our solar energy solutions. Conduct educational presentations on the benefits of solar power, including cost savings and environmental impact. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for a senior sales team member to close the deal. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Continuously learn about new products, market trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and able to work independently. A positive attitude and a resilient, goal-oriented mindset. Comfortable with direct customer interaction in a field-based role. A passion for sustainability and clean energy is a plus. No prior sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation & Benefits:

Average First-Year Earnings:

$17,000 as a part-time to 40,000 as full time + (uncapped).

Performance-based compensation:

This role offers a highly rewarding commission structure. Top performers have the potential to earn well into six figures annually.
