Educate customers on the features and benefits of our client's energy plans and services, ensuring customers feel informed, supported, and confident in their decision.
Guide customers through the enrollment process, successfully closing sales while maintaining a focus on delivering value and building long-term trust.
Stay up to date on current promotions, rate changes, industry trends, and regulatory updates to ensure the accuracy and relevance of every interaction.
Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's offerings by being a subject matter expert and passionate ambassador for the brand.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term customer relationships.
Find creative and engaging ways to attract customer interest and promote our client's offerings.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality while working with customer information.

Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or energy sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.

Familiarity with energy products and services is an asset but not required.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
