Overview

We are seeking a couple motivated and dynamic Direct Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. In this entry level role, you will be responsible for marketing and for closing sales and building value for customers. Full training is provided for this role with time and territory management and customer interactions including help at anytime for any reason. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, a passion for customer experience, and a proven ability to meet or exceed set targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while developing your career in sales. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday from Noon to 8pm. This is also a commissions position with daily and weekly bonuses, small weekly base pay if needed , huge monthly bonuses for production and compliance and lucrative residual commissions for long term pay stability.

Duties

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through our leads systems. Develop and maintain strong ethics for clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct product presentations to showcase the benefits of this Government program. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials. Prepare and deliver accurate sales contracts with reports to management. Attend company events and shows to represent the company and network with other business organizations. Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and potential risk conditions.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, strong work ethic. Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic growing team. Proficiency in using basic email software and mapping apps. A valid driver's license is helpful but not required for travel to client locations.
