Position Overview
We're seeking an ambitious and results-oriented
Energy Sales Advisor
to join our inside sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for prospecting warm and cold residential leads, delivering value-based consultations, and
closing high-value HVAC sales
across various East Coast markets.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, persuasive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The position is based on actively prospecting leads, and top performers can earn between
$60,000-$100,000 annually
with a mix of base salary and commission.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with new and existing leads via phone, text, and email
Build and manage your own sales pipeline using CRM tools efficiently
Provide customers with personalized HVAC recommendations and detailed quotes
Explain complex systems, financing options, rebate programs, and pricing clearly and persuasively
Negotiate and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate installation timelines and ensure a smooth handoff
Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
The Ideal Candidate
A
natural closer
with at least
2 years of experience
in high-ticket B2C or direct sales
You thrive in a performance-based environment and are
motivated by uncapped earnings
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and disciplined, capable of managing multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
Proficient in using CRM software and digital tools for sales tracking and follow-ups
Self-driven, coachable, and looking for long-term growth in a rapidly expanding company
Compensation & Benefits
$41,600 Base Salary + uncapped commissions
First-year on-target earnings: $60,000+
(base + commission)
