Osler is seeking an associate with two to five years of relevant experience to join its Calgary Energy Practice Group. As an associate in this area, you will work with some of Canada\xe2\x80\x99s leading energy practitioners advising clients on complex, multi-billion dollar onshore and offshore energy development and infrastructure projects; mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint venture arrangements. Do you have what we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for?
- a minimum of two to five years experience in energy law
- experience advising on engineering, procurement and construction aspects of energy projects development is preferred
- experience with renewable energy and energy transition projects is an asset
- excellent academic credentials
- superior communication, matter management, writing skills, and strong attention to detail
