SaskEnergy is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team. The Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator designs, delivers and evaluates the Corporation\xe2\x80\x99s energy efficiency programs, which reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions at customer premises. This role will champion the organization\xe2\x80\x99s vision of helping customers reduce their environmental footprint while ensuring natural gas remains a reliable and responsible energy source in Saskatchewan.Position DetailsUnion. This position is permanent full time.Core ResponsibilitiesProgram and Stakeholder ManagementDeliver SaskEnergy messages to customers through Network Members and collect customer market information to inform SaskEnergy\xe2\x80\x99s energy efficiency strategy.Use a key account approach to have two-way dialogue with licensed gas fitters, suppliers, Technical Safety Association of Saskatchewan (TSASK), and industry associations for interfacing with mutual customers and representing the benefits of natural gas.Correspond and collaborate with a network of licensed gas fitters (Network Members) throughout Saskatchewan who are responsible for promoting and installing natural gas equipment in customers\xe2\x80\x99 homes.Establish, cultivate and nurture collaborative long-term relationships contributing to business growth with SaskEnergy Network Members, Associations, Industry, media, provincial and federal government representatives, and internal departments.Work closely with external Key Accounts, Government/Crown partners and Customer Service representatives to ensure customer requirements are identified, met and that customers are kept well informed of energy efficiency programs, self-serve options and natural gas products.Develop and deliver engagement approaches to put SaskEnergy in direct contact with customers and stakeholders, to promote SaskEnergy rebate programs and the benefits of natural gas.Deliver energy education to customers with support from internal groups.Audit program applications and conduct millions of dollars in rebate expenditures.Program Development and ReviewPerform program research and benchmark to industry standards and approaches.Develop programs to address barriers to energy efficiency for SaskEnergy\xe2\x80\x99s customers.Responsible for design of customers\xe2\x80\x99 applications, program terms and conditions, and responsible management of customers\xe2\x80\x99 personal information.Administer rebate programs including approvals of submissions and monitoring spend.Correspond and collaborate with customers, consultants, and other stakeholders related to projects, programs, and services.Effectively communicate findings from research, analysis and evaluations of projects, programs, services and market trends to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Develop and deliver online training sessions for internal groups and external stakeholders.Design new processes to deliver shared services and collect customer feedback.Prepare briefing notes for the Minister\xe2\x80\x99s Office and decision items for SaskEnergy\xe2\x80\x99s Executive.QualificationsDegree in Business Administration, Commerce, Social Sciences or Natural Sciences.Three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer service which includes delivering presentations or public speaking, energy efficiency, or program planning.Pre-Qualifying Assessment.Valid Class 5 driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.Additional InformationTravel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required on occasion.Application InstructionsPlease apply online with your cover letter and resume outlining your qualifications.For more information on this position, please contact Human Resources at 306-777-9091.Closing DateJune 13, 2024Hourly Rate Range$36.29 ($5,886.96) - $46.90 ($7,608.12)#LI-POST
